<image:caption>I offer depth work which can be most effective with regular sessions. Each week, your 50-minute session is set up to be your devoted time for exploration: what is happening in your experience? what is working for you? what could work better? what is calling to be celebrated? Each session can also be a powerful container for experimentation: what happens when you try on a new idea, behavior or way of being in your relationships or in your wider life? Your wider life can also be a part of what we attend to in session. We all live within systems of power, privilege and oppression. Together, we can be in open inquiry about how your personal and ancestral stories inform how you are in relationship to and impacted by these realities. Therapy, at its essence, is about relationship. In order for it to work, you have to feel a connection with your therapist - it has to be “a fit.” Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time, or you have been supported by a therapist before, it’s important to pay attention to how you feel with any therapist you are considering working with. You might even want to schedule a first session with a few therapists to have a good sense of what works for you and what doesn’t. I welcome your inquiry as to whether my approach might be helpful to you - now or in the future.</image:caption>
