I practice somatic psychotherapy via teletherapy under the auspices of the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy. I offer a spacious and empathic environment in which you will have the opportunity to explore what it is you might need to more fully inhabit the life you desire.

I describe my therapy style as warm, direct, open and collaborative. Throughout our work together, I will encourage and welcome your feedback.

I became a therapist after years of working in the performing arts in New York City. The training I received during that time in dance and in somatic modalities continue to influence my work, as does a creative sensibility. My therapy style is also informed by ongoing research into mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, dreamwork, and ecotherapy.

You can learn more about what working with me might be like by checking out my approach and specializations pages.

I retreat to the natural world to find rest, rejuvenation and awe. The photos on this website are ones that I have taken as I encountered inspiring landscapes. The headshot on this page was taken by Ashley Carlascio.

I have a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on somatic psychotherapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. I am currently a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California, and am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
