Folks who have found our work together to be supportive have brought these (and other) concerns into session:

  • a longing to be in a relationship that is mutually supportive and fulfilling, and questions about how to get there

  • a feeling of confusion – something just isn’t feeling right and they want to get clear and feel better

  • feelings of being blocked and a wish to re-find their full vitality and creativity

  • a wish to be able to create and maintain boundaries that feel good

  • challenging relationships with parents and other family members

  • a wish to explore whether having children is right for them, their partnership, and their larger family system

  • experiences in the world in which they felt marginalized

  • feelings of anxiety, worry, and fear that prevent them from living their fullest life

  • feelings of unworthiness, shame, or being an imposter alongside a hope that it’s possible to feel better

  • a desire for support in their healing from experiences of abuse (verbal, physical, sexual)

  • big life events including becoming a parent, loss of an important relationship, the death of a loved one, and career changes

  • a wish to come into different relationship with their body

  • climate anxiety
